You can download the full symposium program and digital book of abstracts. To keep the event eco-friendly, there will be no printed version. The digital booklet includes:

Directions from the airport and to the venue
A map of evening event locations (all within walking distance)
Useful Polish phrases
Info on special issues planned after the symposium

We’re also reducing food waste – leftover meals will be available to take or shared by Foodsharing Warsaw.

Social Events
On the first evening, we’ll meet for dinner at Zapiecek (Nowy Świat 40), close to the venue and main hotels. If you signed up with an accompanying person, remember to bring them – meals are pre-ordered, including special diets.

Final Roundtable
On the last day, join us for a discussion on Publishing and Academic Freedom in Turbulent Times. Want to suggest a topic? Contact the organizers directly.
